On 29 October 2026 Binance paused withdrawals after unauthorized transactions drained roughly $6.3 billion across ten chains, the largest exchange theft on record. Binance said it would cover user losses from its own holdings and the SAFU fund, and began buying back the stolen tokens. The Fund has opened a file.

Policy

Insurance for the insurer.

Every exchange keeps a fund for emergencies. Nobody keeps a fund for the fund. This one does, and it runs itself. Nobody is ever asked to send anything anywhere; the trade fee does the work.

Every trade pays in.

Each buy and sell of $SAFU carries a 3.75% fee, collected in USDC on Solana. 3% of the trade goes to SAFU; the remainder covers bridging and keeping the bot running.

02 · COLLECT

A bot claims it, around the clock.

03 · DONATE

USDC is bridged to the SAFU wallet.
